Our TECHNOL series is a key component in coning oil applications in the textile industry, where it serves as a lubricant for winding and rewinding yarns onto cones. Its smooth lubricating properties reduce friction between fibers and machine parts, preventing yarn breakage, fuzz formation, and static buildup during high-speed winding operations. By ensuring uniform tension and smoother yarn movement, Technol grade helps maintain yarn quality, enhances productivity, and extends the life of machine components. Typically, Technol constitutes 60–90% of coning oil formulations, depending on the required lubrication level, fiber type, and specific processing conditions, with the balance made up of emulsifiers, antistatic agents, and specialty additives.
